I need to replace a siezed blower motor on my Clare Furnace. The old one is a Emerson S63CXJDJ-7165 cat:5759C. 1/4HP rpm:1725/1140 s.f. 1.0 115v 60hz ph:1 code:M time rate: continuous, Insul class B
I have called all over Ontario, Canada to no avail. If anyone can help me find a suitable replacement make or model, I'd be greatly appreciated.

That is a 2 speed belt drive motor correct. I would replace it with a 1/3hp 2 speed belt drive as 1/4s are mostly obselete. You really should get rid of that furnace. Clare ventor fans etc are obselete and soon Olsens will be also. Both went bankrupt in the mid 80's. Cannot fix what you cannot get parts for. The heat exchanger may be cracked or will crack soon. Try Acklands or WWG Totaline or Sopers or Princess Auto for the motor. Probably the people you talk too think you are looking for a direct drive not belt drive.
