I just moved into my new home with a 9 year old Trane XE90 Furnace.

It appears that the previous owners must have had issues removing the cabinet panels as there are some seriously huge gouges on them. Probably used a screw driver or other sharp object trying to pry open the panels!!

Is there any type of paint (spray preferably) I can use for touch-up??

BTW, the cabinet panels slide out perfectly without the use of any foreign object!!
