I have a 30 year old 3 speed furnace and on the lowest speed, the motor gets real noisy. Once it kicks in the second or 3rd speed the noise stops. This is new and wondering if I need to replace the motor (sounds seems to be coming from there). If so, can I find easily a replacement. It is a GE model: 5KCP39MG 9444S. It is a 230V, 1075 RPM and runs 1 PH.
Any help will be appreciated a few weeks before the holiday season.

Tough to say, depends on the type of noise. Is it a rumbling or rattling noise? Squealing/squeaking? Humming?

You may have a balance issue. Just like an unbalanced car wheel that makes the steering wheel vibrate at different speeds, your blower squirrel cage can do the same.
Put your hand on the side of the blower compartment door as you run the blower at the different speeds. Can you feel the vibration? If yes, continue reading.
I would first make sure the entire blower assembly is securely mounted. Mounting grommets may have aged to where they're hard or badly worn.
Next, see if there's any play in the motor shaft. Try moving the squirrel cage left-right and up-down. If there's noticeable play then the motor may need new bearings. I'm assuming a direct drive blower.
Lastly look for any pieces of metal in the blower compartment. Possibly a balance weight has fallen off.
If you conclude it is a balance problem and the motor bearings are good, then you may need a new blower wheel (squirrel cage).
