Make sure the temp limit switches are closed. Make sure, if there is a draft fan, that the hoses to the airflow switch are connected and clear. Also check the barbs that the hose connects to. Make sure the flame rod (either on the pilot assy or in front of one of the burners) is clean. Cycle the unit power off to reset the lockout (flashing light).
