Heat pump freezing up, water draining off roof line onto heat pump, changed out defrost sensor. Customer called back 2 days later and stated still freezing up. I asked customer how much was freezing, he stated just frosting up on the lines. Unit went through its cycle, defrosted, came back on and rusn fine. Anything else i should be looking for?

shouldn't the lines be warm/hot when in heatng mode? Yes. Find out why it was running in A/c mode or stuck in defrost. Maybe check charge, reversing valve, wiring.
