Hi,
Did you install it? Or call the guy who installed it and let him
take care of it. No testing done after installation?

Did you set for temp rise - Delta T
Is the fan set correctly for either an upflow or down flow system?
Did you check and adjust gas pressure?
Is the system properly sized for the CFM of your duct work?

I'm betting that you have too much temp rise causing the high limit to trip.

Yes lets measure supply and return about 4 ft before the furnace on return and 4 ft after the furnace on the supply.
Also watch the temp on the supply when the burners go out and come back on and the blower is running

Ill keep watching so post temps

I had a similar problem and my vent line was trapping water. Curious to see what you find. Might check all drain lines and make sure the plugs were remove at bottom of burner drain pan letting it get to trap. Have heard of line being installed without removal of plugs. Causes similat problem. GOOD LUCK
