Installed above stat last fall , have 92% warm air system , 4 wire heat cool , cool works fine , heat runs 5-6deg lower than setting , tryed setting dipswitch to 6 cycle p h still dont work , please advise , it never heats past 70 degr. Its cold in here tem

Is it the stat that's not working or the furnace? Does the heat come on? You should turn furnace off then back on. Then set stat to call for heat. Then wach furnace and note the sequence of operation and report back to this site. Furnace model# is helpful too.
