Immediately upon startup I get a code 33 that turns into a 13 after a few minutes. The blower runs continuously. I reset the rollout switch and no go. The inducer motor either does not spin or once in a while spins very slowly then stops. I read about 3 or 4 volts on the leads. I checked the 115 volt motor and it spins fine when 115 volts are put to it.

Any ideas?
