ive just installed a heil 13 sear heat pump and im trying to get my pressure's and charge right but im in heat pump mode and there's no chart or literature with the unit for heating cycle...what would be the proper way to charge in heat pump mode for 410-A

You really can not check the charge on a heat pump in heat mode.
The only way to charge the system properly is to weigh it in. On the side of the condenser there is a tag that will tell you how much freon should be in the system with 15 feet of line set.
It will be in lbs and ozs

Don't forget to charge 410 in liquid form.
Be careful sometimes you don't get a second chance
