Okay, I looked on the panel and it says a 12 blower on after power up- blower runs for 90 seconds, if unit is powered up during a call for heat. (R-W closed), what does the R-W stand for? How do we find out how to open it? Is it supposed to be opened? and now I can't even get the heater to come on at all, at least before I could get the blower to come on, Now what?
Please Help!

R = 24 volt power W = heat G = fan Y = compressor C = 24 volt common
Turn off your thermostat before removing the panel to eliminate the 12 code.
"Tip of the Day" Remember to remove power first.
