My customer has a Rheem heat pump Model #RPFB - 024JAS
serial number 4384 heat pump with gas backup.
The problem is the outside unit fan cut in cut off always (every 5 seconds), I think it is a problem of Defrost Timer control, but I do not have manual, Who have a expereince for fixing this kind of problem.

Check freon level sounds like going off on low pressure switch
