I have a Ammana 80 (1990) with a WR 50E47-170 ignition controller. (Programable thermostat) Occasionally in the morning,the furnace does not light off however, the blower is running. The red light on the controller is on. I turn power switch off then back on furnace lights and works fine.

Clean the flame sensor, if that doesn't work then replace the vent pressure switch.
