Is that a float switch? Locate where your thermostat wires connect to unit. Remove the R wire from unit and attach one of the float switch wires to it. Then connect the R wire to the other float swich wire and you're done! You will probably need a scrap of wire to connect between switch and unit and R wire.
This will "break" the R wire when float rises and shut system down completely. You can also use Y instead of R but in this case the a/c will shut down and the blower will continue to run which may cause water to blow into your ducts(bad).

It worked like a charm. It took me longer to open and close the unit than it took me to install the switch. Thanks again Duke.
