I read your response to a similar problem and found the relay.
It's stuck.
The W-R/RBM number on the relay looks like 81-8301. I can't fine that part number anywhere on the internet.
The air handler part number is TWE0408C140C0.
It's a 1/2hp motor.
Any ideas?

If you are referring to a faulty relay soldered to the circuit board, most HVAC techs do not rebuild circuit boards.

Replace it.

"Tip of the Day" Remember to remove power first.

Do you think the circuit board is bad?
I thought the contactor was stuck closed.
Can I purchase these parts on the internet?
If so, where?

Case closed.
