Can dog urine penetrate the copper tubing in a central unit coil and cause it to leak out all the freon?

I've seen dog urine corrode the fins off a large percent of the condenser coil. I recommend fencing off the condenser or getting a female dog.

It will eat a hole in the copper and lose all the freon. Had it happen twice. Keep Fido away from it.
