My AC nor furnace works on a Trane XL80. I can jump the blower inside and it works or go out and push on the ac contacts outside and the ac compressor and fan works, but nothing works from the thermostat. Neither do I have anytime of red or green light on the inside circuit board. There is power to the board.
I can jump the thermostat and nothing works.

Sounds like you have a blown transformer. You can check for 24 volts between R and the cabinet ground with the door switch pushed in. If you have 24 volts, you have a control wiring isssue, otherwise bad transformer/fuse.
