When using the heat or air conditioning, the fan constantly runs, without getting hot or cold. The auxillary light will click on and put out heat, and then the auxillary light will go out and stop putting out heat. The fan continues to run no matter what. The outside unit will not come on.
The unit is only one year old, Rheem, model number rhsa-hm3617ja.
Our eletricity bill is outragious, with no heat or air conditioning.
We are semi-handy people with eletricians in our family to help.

Remove the panel to your outdoor unit and measure for 24 volts between R & C and Y & C with cooling demand.
"Tip of the Day" Remember to remove power first.
