I have an 80MGF3/4-100A-7 SN 6397C 11487 that will work fine and then decide to not heed calls for heat. Once the furnace is powered off and restarted it works fine for a while.

We had a cheap thermostat that has been replaced with a Honywell Environcom. The problem still exists and I am looking for any input. Not sure which number is the main board on this device - 28K6201 maybe?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am a Lennox tech and work on lots of them. Recommend you get a Lennox dealer to check the unit. Could be any one of a dozen problems. Burners/flame sensor need cleaning, check pressure switch/draft etc etc. Some of those boards last about 10 years and the replacement is a complicated retrofit.
