Armstrong Rooftop unit with 3 phase contactor start turning on/off continuouly.

if the contactor is chattering; check the control voltage, should be 24vac. Anything under 19vac will make it difficult to hold in contactor.

It could possibly be cutting out on low or high pressure switch.
