i am looking at a 3 ton intertherm its a buddy job he has had 2 people look at it in last 2 year the fins on the a coil are pretty bad on the right side unit been neglected somewhat but the big company came changed the drain pan last year nd cleaned coil i take the bottom door off the water in the pan runs from the drain to the back of the pan i did as good as i could cleaning this coil the water sucks out of the pan onto top of fan and its not full the drain isnt stopped up its new i checked it any ideas?im thinking change the coil its rough and what cleaner do you guys use on these indoor air handlers i use the green a coil cleaner

Your options are pump it down, cut it loose and clean it with red or yellow foaming cleanser outside or just replace it.
If it is heavily rusted you might cause a refrigerant leak trying to clean it this way though.

do you think thats why the water rushes to the back of the drain pan?

A dirty coil will cause water to be pulled like that. Do you have a magnehelic? A pressure differential reading would help determine if you have a coil restriction.
I'm no fan of green coil cleaner. It might help a musty smell or a dusty coil but it doesn't clean a dirty coil.
If you are only speaking of a slope problem, that is an easy fix.
