I need to know what tonnage my split system ac is because my outside unit quti working and I need to get another one but first I have to find out what tonnage my old one is so I can get the same size. I have the model number and the product number.

Since you didn't list it... 24 = 2 ton 36 = 3 ton 48 = 4 ton 60 = 5 ton
So a 38CK036300 is a 3 ton (10 SEER). A 38TRA060300 is a 5 ton(12SEER). A 38TDA048300 is a 4 ton 2 speed (I believe a 14.7SEER). (the 300 ending is single phase)
A 006 = 5 ton
