The attic unit is blowing air, the outside unit will not come on. It is getting power, all breakers have been checked, all connectors have been checked, no ant's or any other kind of bugs are in the electrical area. Did find one of the connectors that was undone, when I reconnected it, it still will not come on, but there is a weird buzzing or humming sound coming from the unit now. It is not a loud sound, you have to get close to hear it. What could be the problem?

Are you sure the breaker isn't tripped? Is outdoor fan running?

The breaker is not tripped, it's getting juice at the connections, and the outside fan is not on.

Do you have a meter? Check voltage on both sides of contactor and answer me this:
Is there 24v across contactor coil?
Is there 230v from L1 to L2 on contactor?
Is there 230v from T1 to T2 on contactor?
