RUUD Model UBHA 14J06NFDAI
How do I determin 1.What speed the AHU fan is running 2.Seems SLOW and would running it faster push the air throughout the room better? I think the flow could be better. 3.The wiring diagram shows 3 speeds available. 4.Black wire from motor is NOT connected. Thanks in advance

Black is high speed. If you want high speeed just switch the black for whatever is being used now(probably blue/medium high). This may cause a decrease in comfort, and shorter run cycles which can also cause a decrease in comfort and higher humidity. May I ask why you feel the need to increase the airflow? Good airflow should be subtle and not noticeable without putting your hand over vent.

Low airflow can also be caused by a dirty ait filter, a dirty evaporator coil, ice, or a weak run capacitor.
