I have a Trane XE 900 unit. An older unit i think. I replaced the fan motor outside last summer. Was working just fine. However, the fan simply runs all the time, barely and my home does not get cooler. What could be the problem?
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You probably have a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil inside.
A service call would help prove this.
