Do you have a meter? That furnace is about 24 years old and probably locked out on a safety.
Is your air filter clean?

Sounds like a bad inducer motor or control board/relay. If that furnace is as old as I think it is you should probably not repair it. Just replace it. What is the serial # of furnace?

Furnace is 21 years old and I think I can hear it flatlining from here. beeeeeeeeep. If you have meter we can help you determine problem for shits and giggles. But truthfully, It's time to think about pulling the plug.

Shut off power and disconnect the 2 wires from inducer motor. Turn power on and check for 120v at the terminals. 120v= bad motor. 0v=something else.

Look for a rollout switch like this by the burners or flue and press the red button. Post results.
