Hi need Wiring Diagram for a Trane manufactured in 1990
Model TWR742A100A1 Ser # E22216997.

I have a Universal EPA Lic since May of 2003. All my experience is on smaller 1.5 -2.5 ton units that you find at apartments. Not familiar with the circuit card jumpers and the flashing red LED. I can however, troubleshoot most electrical circuits when provided with the schematics and or servicing manual thanks to 25 yrs in USMC.
This unit is missing the schematic that is ussually found in the package in the electrical section of the condensing unit. Contactor good, capacitor is bulging but still has the required 50uf. Compressor not coming on by what I read my gauges( same 130psi or so on high and low side.) I want to check the Start to Common and Run to Common and Start to Run resitance. It would help to have wiring diagram and jumper test points. Also does the Blinking indicate fault or is it normal? Freon doesn't show burn-out. Is ther a reset? don't see one!
I have Doolin's Trouble Shooting Bible and Modern Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Reference Book.

Replace that swollen cap.

Thanks so much for the schematic. What can you tell me about the circuit card and the blinking red LED. Also I've looked serveral times at the data plate it still looks like the 4th character in the Model Number Nomenclature is 7 not a 1 and the 11th is A not B.
