I have a GE ptac unit model no AZ38H12DADM1 that had been working,but not it does nothing.When you turn it on it does nothing.There is power to the wall plug and power going into the unit from the service cord.But now what?I need some help and suggestions on how to test and trouble shoot this thing.Can someone help me?

I rechecked the power cord and am getting power to the unit,but nothing else.Is there anyone of you guys that know about this thing and can help me troubleshoot it?

What are you saying? You think that the unit is completely dead?I was hoping someone could help me to troubleshoot and fix this thing.

Does the cap look okay? (Watch out with caps since they can hold a charge for a few minutes after removing power)

Thank you for the reply,yes the capacitor looks ok,it looks new in fact.The unit just does not get power thru it.There is power in the cord and into the unit,but nothing else.
