most of the equipment I have been dealing with only shows LRA, is there a mathimatic way to figure out the RLA. At start the motor draw on a compressor can be how high, heard up to 300 % of RLA. If I only know the LRA, how should that compare ?
In the Trade for a long long time ! Things a bit different than before ! Refrigeration still doesn't have a "d" in it does it ?

I wouldn't lose sleep over a compressor with no RLA or FLA rating. If it runs and cools Then who cares what it's drawing for amps. If there's a problem you can figure it out without knowing the rating. It's either locked, or running.

RLA is usually posted on the unit label

May also be posted on the specs on top of the compressor.
