I am selling my home and the home inspection resulted in this finding...
exhaust vent pipe has inadequate clearance to sheathing. Need to have one inch clearance between the vent pipe and roof decking. I this a costly repair? Not sure where to begin or who to call to get an estimate.

Look in the yellow pages under "chimney repair" and get a licensed chimney installer to look at the problem. Be prepared to pay for a basic service call for him to come out. Gas costs $$ and nobody gives free estimates on repair jobs.
