I have a single family home w/ @4000 feet on 1 floor. I have a fully finished basement that is a walkout. I have 2 zones Trane XR80 systems. I do not have a wet basement or a exterior drainage problem. I am not able to get my humidity below 75 or 80%. Neither of my units a creating any condensation out their drain lines. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have them properly serviced to check the freon level, clean the coils etc.
