In the blower section, there is a connector, that on one side is fixed and on the other side of the connector, it seems like there may be some sort of way to go full speed or slower speed on the blower motor.

The connector has a C, 1, 2, 3, 4. I'm pretty certain the C is constant (common?), but the red is plugged into slot 1 and the black is plugged into slot 2. Anyone know what these mean and what adjustments I can make to the blower by moving the red or black wires?

It should say on the furnace wiring diagram what each terminal is. Probably 1=low, 2=med-lo, 3=med-hi, 4=hi. Red will be your heat speed. Black will be cooling speed. Black should be on high or med-hi.
