I'm working on a YORK E2FH036S06A Heat pump that is not cooling. Their is no manuals on the job for this heat pump ethier. It does seem to work in heat mode but when I switch to cooling my suction presure drops to 9 PSI and my high side is 135 PSI. The suction line from condenser coil to reversing valve is hot while both refer lines to the indoor coil are cool to the touch. I'm getting a fualt code of three which is high discharge temp above 275 degres. The home owner also says in the winter time this unit's electric back up does not kick in till it gets really cold out making it very uncomfortable in between times in which the temp will drop below the set point. Im sorry but I have not worked on many heat pumps before.
