Today, I keep hearing the fan in my Payne Heat pump/AC unit cycle on for about 15 seconds and then off for about a minute, even after I turned the unit off on the thermostat control. It is about 5 years old. It finally quit, but now I have water dripping out of the front of the unit....any clue?
