This furnace is 2 years old. Sometimes when it should start, it takes as many as 4 tries before the unit "fires up".?
Generally this happens at once (ofcourse following the regular startup procedure).
Any suggestion what this can be/
try to keep warm and dry!

most likly its a gas pressure issue this can only be checked and adjusted by a pro they also may not of used the right conversion kit if it is propane

You should see a diagnostic light thru a site glass in the bottom door panel. The back of the front panel might tell you what the flashing code means.
Could be simple flame failure...dirty sensor, or a venting / drainage issue.
