Has anyone else heard the rumors that this company is out to undermine the unions by using as much non union labor as possible, on their Facility Management contracts. If that's true, how are they getting away with that when I know at least some of their offices have union guys working out in the field in other jobs.

the unions have ben mismanaged for years especialy the pipefitters there power was in controlling a large enough portian of the labor market that the big companys had no choice they have neglected recuiting of small sub companys for years and instead have put the time in money into lobbiest
In short this aint the 70's or 80's they are getting away with it because the unions dont controll enough of the work force and are to weak its there own fault to
