We just had a Gibson 3 ton heat pump installed yesterday and it is making a whisling noise inside the house. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Return air pulling past loose duct tape, Undersized return air for the new higher cfm air handler, trash in the TXV, they left a helper behind the unit and he is whistling to get your attention.
