Does $200 dollars for 6lbs of R-22 sound right?

If I was certified, It seems that I purchase a 30lb container for $200 bucks online.

to become certified and licescned is a long and expensive process + you are paying for an expert to put in the right amount . you got a deal and a half based on my price book and epa laws we would require a leak check for another 665 plus charge 48 per lb no leak check no refrigerent not including repairs

Sounds right to me. I charge $636 to leak test, repair and recharge. If you need a new coil then it's extra.

We charge $30/lb plus service call etc. Somebody has to pay for our expensive gasoline, wages etc.

I think it's $47 for the first pound, $37 for every pound after that using Superheat/Subcool on the Callahan Roach price book. Plus $79 to come out to your house. (Flat rate)
