were do the control wires that come from the outside coil go on a bryant 90i furnace and is there anything else that has to be done to the control board to make it work

The outdoor unit connects to Y and C if you have a single speed standard condenser outside.
Your control board must also be supplied with power and wired to a thermostat. It will probably also have jumpers that will need to be configured. After you start it you should measure your temperature rise across the unit and compare it to the nomenclature.
And Most Importantly Remember to Stop Drop and Roll.
"Tip of the Day" Remember to remove power first.
