Not familiar with white/blue and white/brown. Post the make and model of your fancoil. The make and model of your stat would also be of assistance.
If you post a picture of your wiring diagram at the fancoil it would help. Photobucket is down today so you would need an altenate source.
With the current information I would say... Stat = Fancoil = Condenser Y = Y = Y W = W/Bl & W/Br = NA G = G = NA C = Br = Br Rh & Rc(use jumper) = R = NA

The only thing is I don't have a Y comming out of my air handler, I'm guessing it shoul be just from the condensing to the thermostat, if that is correct, I've got it. please let me know
thanks Joel

So if certain treminals are not present, do I just ignore them and wire the rest acordingly?

Y is rarely present at fancoils. C is not always present at the stat. Wire the rest accordingly.
I found no information on Pretech 500 or Protech 500 thermostat. I cannot get rheem manuals since we do not sell that brand. (We sell Carrier, Trane and Lennox)

I remember along time ago, houston thought he made a mistake.
The mistake he made was:
