I have a Train R410 system that had 25psi on low side and 225psi on high side outside temp 72 deg vapor line coming out of evap was 63 deg I thought it was low so added 1.5 lbs and low side stayed the same and high side jumped up to 375 could the txv be bad because it is frosted over. The acoil and filter is clean with good air flow. any thoughts

That definately sounds like a txv problem or a restriction at the txv.

How about checking subcooling to verify if you have enough refrigerant in the system before diagnosing the TXV as bad...
