I just bought a Hunter model digital thermostat (model # 44110) and I do not know if it's compatible with my carrier unit. It says its not compatible with heat pumps....which leads me to my question. Is my carrier (model # 48SS-024060331) a heat pump or not?? Or is it a gas furnace/electric a/c?? Any advice is helpful, thanks
