unit is not cooling properly.checked air flow ok. subcooling is low (2-3degrees). superheat is 20 degrees. could tx valve be starving the evap.?

add some refrigerant get your subcool and superheat close to 10, get your suction line sweating and then check periodically to make sure it is sweating before you go pull the refrigerant for no reason. also, look for signs of oil if you think their may be a leak.

First, check for refrigerant leaks. If you don't find any; you can reclaim and weigh in charge. Then adjust TXV if necessary
