My furnace is 25 years old and I need to get my third air-conditioner which is about 12 years old. What brands to you recommend? I had Carrier for 25 years and now the HVAC guy said that new Carrier furnace will not fit in my space and he is recommending Trane. What do you recommend? Thanks.
