we want to add an extra 500 sq ft to our 928sq ft house but need to know what the furnace is rated for. Tried to call sears but got a run around, said it was trouble shooting, very frustrating. Please the furnace was here when we moved in, it was installed in 98'. Please I have searched all over for infomation on it, can't find any.

Kenmore, Heil, Tempstar, Keeprite all made by ICP. Yours looks like a 75,000 BTU 80% unit to me. Try this page and see if you can find something similar:

They all use similar model #s and change the first letter for re-branding purposes.
You are adding 50% more square footage so it most likely will be too small unless it was grossly oversized in the first place which I highly doubt. Probably need a 100% BTU mid.
Do a heat loss calculation to find out for sure. Try this one:
