i think the installers put my condensor in side ways and water is leaking all over the blower motor. they had to replace the motor before because it had short circuited

Your condenser is outside. The evaporator coil is the indoor coil. Sounds like a clogged drain to me. Or if you see ice on the pipes that would be a frozen coil causing the leak. As for the sideways thing it's OK as long as coil is designed to be that way. Many are designed for multiple directional use.
