Is it normal for the liquid line to be pretty warm? Sometimes when I use my a/c it is just a little warm, or luke warm. Other times it seems to be much warmer, not hot or anything to where you don't want to touch it, but a lot warmer than at other times. Maybe there are variables that determine this such as outside temp? The times I noticed it getting warm is also 90-100 degrees outside. Or maybe the difference in heat being drawn from the house? I had a technician check out my system and he said it's working normally.

At 90-100 it will get very warm. Discharge pressure, condensing temp corresponds to outdoor temp. All is well.
