I have a trane xe1200 and every time I turn the the system on the outside just buzzies. You can feel a little room temp. air coming through the vents, like a little slow running room fan. Need anymore info please ask its hot in here.

I think you have a bad capacitor ... is the fan motor really hot to the touch 160 deg ? Replace dule capacitor. It could be thee relay or the motor, but i bet on Capacitor... if the top of the capacitor is bulging at all than that is it.

Be good to your fellow man not nice there is a difference.

I did not touch anything because by the time I turn the system on and walk outside to check it you can feel the heat from the unit.

Are you saying that the outdoor unit's fan is not running? If so then it could very well be a bad capacitor, or fan motor.
