My home has a 3 ton air heat-pump with an oil furnace for emergency backup. To minimize the oil furnace use I plan to install a new 10 KW plenum heater. And hope it will supply all the needed heat down to a 10 F outdoor temp. The 100A power panel presently installed will need to be upgraded to 200A to support the additional load. Unless I use a "load management device" that will restrict the power to the plenum heater depending on the real-time load on the 100A main breaker. Q:Do you know companies that do sell this device?
