Hey guys I have just replaced my 25 yer old Rudd Heat pump with a new 3 ton york unitary heat pump and 3 ton air handler. Im going to use the old t- stat works fine. CONFUSED the terminals on my t-stat that were used on my old heat pump with electric 15kw heating E, R, W2, G, Y, X, O. My new air handler has 15kw of heating and the terminals are R, Y, G, W2, W1, O, C. On the heat pump terminals are R, C, Y, O, W, W1/66, XL. My question Is what do i attach the W2 to out of my t-stat to? Do I got to the terminal block on the Air handler marked W2 then to W1 on heat pump? Confused Not using the E terminals on t- stat, should i? It never was hooked up just W2. Can someone just please tell me where to hook these wires to.
Thank you

Your stat X is Common. C is common on your new equipment.
Stat E & W2(use jumper wire) = HP(heatpump) W Stat R = AHU(air handling unit) R = HP R Stat G = AHU G Stat Y = AHU Y = HP Y Stat X = AHU C = HP C Stat O = AHU O = HP O Stat L = HP XL AHU W1 & W2 (use jumper wire) = W1/66
If your stat does not have an L terminal I recommend a Honeywell RTH7400 stat that does.
It would be great to see any trouble codes displayed in your home instead of only outside.
option 170 = 7 190 = 0 240 = 9 (Aux is W2)
