I had a brand new american standard unit, model # 2TEC3F60B1000AA, I noticed that my outside unit is running while the inside blower is not , I read articles on-line about a start capacitor gone bad , I was looking for this capacitor aorund the blower unit and I wasn't able to find it , it could be the capacitor the problem ? if so , where's the capacitor located in the new units? or It could be the fan relay? , we live in the humid hot south and it's summer time , so any help will be really apreciated by the whole family .

5 ton model has a direct drive ECM motor. (No cap and very quiet) Do you see ice?
